ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS

GISELLE aims to ensure that pricing information and product availability listed on the website are accurate and current. In the event of change to product availability or service pricing, accepts NO responsibility for inconvenience caused. Please check the service overview and pricing menu for full pricing schedules. All pricing is listed as AUD (Australian dollars) and non-negotiable. WE reserve the right to alter pricing without notice.

Where course material is not available for immediate download upon purchase, purchased material will be sent via direct email once payment and confirmation has been processed.

Products ordered online will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of payment in full. In the event of delivery delay, notice of resolve will be forwarded to the recipient at the most earliest convenience. When an order has been posted or dispatched, WE accept no further liability for orders delayed, damaged or lost in transit however, WE will provide assistance for resolve. Delivery insurance will be added to an order consignment only at the confirmation from the purchaser.

It is the purchasers responsibility to provide all correct shipping and/or address details. All orders are subject to confirmation of price, payment, and availability.

CANCELLATION Policy – Service and Product Orders

Contractual agreement between GISELLE O’KEEFE and Customer comes into effect at the point of payment and confirmation of a service or product order.

WE require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of pre-booked consultation services. In the event of cancellation, please make contact with GISELLE O’KEEFE as soon as possible.

A CANCELLATION fee of $60.00 applies if you do not make contact within 24 hours to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In the event of a ‘NO SHOW’ to a consultation or education program without prior communication, monies paid will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

The Refund Policy is fair and equitable.

A product order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched.

Refunds are not permitted for any products returned that are deemed used, damaged, corrupted, or otherwise in unsaleable condition. WE do not accept returns of products which are a result from change of mind and no refund will be offered for such products. Please make careful product or service selections.

All refunds/returns must be discussed with US and approved prior to product return and/or service order cancellation.

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

The Product item ordered did not reasonably match the product description as listed
Educational Programs that are given adequate and sufficient time for course withdrawal and/or cancellation and/or non-attendance will be refunded. In this event an administration fee of $150 will apply.
Consultation Bookings that are given adequate and sufficient time for cancellation will be refunded excluding banking and transaction fees.

Educational Material that has been received will not be eligible for refund.

Hyperlinking to our Content / iFrames / links

No use of EHA’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for external linking use. Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website. We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website and that you approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
